It’s time to pull on your favourite boots (or running shoes), grab a Fall coat and get outside for some playtime and meeting new friends in our outdoor classroom. In this program, one of our trained nature education leaders will guide you and your child through a balance of unstructured play activities and a structured nature based craft and activity together. You will play in our mud kitchen, build forts in the forest, climb the trees in our classroom and explore St. Albert’s river valley.
This class runs rain or shine. During extreme weather, the program will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
This is a parented program, so you must plan for 1 adult to attend every class.
Who: Children ages 3 – 5, Adults ages 18 – 100
When: Tuesdays, October 8th – November 26th (excluding Oct. 15th and Nov. 12th)
Time: 12:30 – 2:30 pm
Where: 215 Sturgeon Road. St. Albert Nature School is located in the St. Albert Minor Baseball Association Clubhouse. The forest and the fields around the clubhouse are our classroom. Classes take place outside so please come dressed for the weather.
Cost: $80/ child (adults are free)
